RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Palmarosa wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase; that’s why we give you the option of exchanging your item(s) or get a store credit.
Exchanged or returned items must have all ticketing and tags, must be unworn, unsoiled or laundered, in the exact condition it was shipped with its original packaging and box.
We are not responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in transit.
If the returned item(s) is returned after the time stated in our policy, we will return the item(s) to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Any product that is purchased with a discount is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When sending a return, be sure to include our Store Credit form filled out with applicable information, including your full name, address, order number and the reason why returning the item(s); your feedback is always very important to Palmarosa.
Returns for Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from when the item(s) was received by the customer. And Returns for Refunds are accepted within 20 days from when the item(s) was received by the customer.
